This independent pub and restaurant is run by a husband and wife duo that have done everything to turn this charming building into a thriving community hub in Warfield.

The restaurant is known for it’s gorgeous event room and often olds events and birthdays with large parties of people.

A customer who booked it for a 70th birthday party said: “Booked this restaurant for a family celebration. We received fantastic service and great food in a warm and friendly environment. I couldn't recommend it enough.”

Another said: “We came here for lunch yesterday, and were made to feel very welcome from the minute we walked through the door.

“We had a drink at the bar, then the manager/owner asked if we would like the fire lit, and to sit next to it. We ended up staying at that table and having our lunch there as it felt comfortable.

 

Shahi Restaurant

This small independent Indian restaurant that specialises in Nepalese food and known as some of the best Indian food in Bracknell Forest.

The best and freshest of ingredients are used to make their famous tandoori dishes grilled in the Tandoor and chef’s specials like the Goa Chicken Curry and Nawabi King Prawn.

The Chef has 20 years of experience creating authentic Nepalese dishes.

A recent customer said: “A really friendly place great service very helpful and polite. Food was amazing no split sauces all freshly made no complaints at all and would visit again 100% recommend this restaurant.”

Once known as “The Old Orchard House”, The Cricketers is one of Bracknell’s family friendly hidden gems that is happy to welcome dogs into it’s charming bar and gardens areas.
