One customer took to Tripadvisor and left this review: "The new owners have transformed this local pub. I visited it once under the previous management and didn't return until the new owners took over. The owners and their staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient.
"The decor inside and out is just lovely, with care, attention to detail and thought given - colourful, bright, welcoming with lots of lovely little touches (e.g. a bottle of sunblock in the ladies loos in the summer). The food is fantastic, fresh, home cooked, and they cater for vegans. They have live music monthly and the atmosphere is fantastic. They are a family friendly and also dog friendly pub. This is definitely my new favourite local."
