Are you at a loss for how to entertain the kids this Easter break?

With two weeks to fill Bracknell Forest and Wokingham boroughs have the perfect array of activities happening to keep them entertained all day long.

Young and old can look forward to a bumper treat over the break with plenty of exciting happenings around the town.

Wokingham Borough Council

Hop into Easter with Wokingham’s egg-cellent childrens events. As always Wokingham council has pulled out all the stops to entertain your little ones this Easter.

Kids have been invited to make a splash at the Dinton activity centre with water and land related activities.  This includes their Junior Sailing club and their Wild Days holiday club for all the family.

On April 2, boat hire is available from just £8 for kids to explore the 94 acres of lake at Dinton Activity Centre.

Sunday, April 18, sees the lake come to life on the Springwatch Paddle. Look out for our waterfowl chicks like ducklings, cygnets and goslings and beautiful colourful dragonflies. Finish the paddle with a warm drink and slice of homemade cake outside the Activity Centre.

The excitement continues April 8, with the Fun with Phonics Workshop! Hosted by Explore Learning this virtual event is suitable for 4- to 6-year-olds and takes place 11am to 12noon. During the workshop kids will try to recognise and say a pair of words that rhyme, helping them to segment a word and learn to spell it with ease. 

 

Bracknell Children’s Pizza making classes

Little ones will enjoy becoming a chef for the day while parents relax and enjoy a delicious brunch - all for £10 per child and £15 per adult.

Adults will be greeted with a mimosa on arrival and, tea and copy. The brunch menu will include a variety of dishes on the day including Scrambled egg with smoked salmon and toasted sourdough, scrambled egg with prosciutto di Parma and toasted sourdough and Crushed avocado on toasted sourdough with chilli, lime and poached eggs plus much more.

Kids will receive a juice drink.

Shrek the musical - South Hill Park

South Hill Park’s Easter musical, Shrek, is set to begin performances on April 11 at 12pm to April 18 at 6pm.

With a West End standard musical score, an award-winning creative team and cast of home-grown talent, it’s the must-see show for both adults and children alike this Easter holiday.

Childrens Easter Party – Binfield club
