A BRACKNELL estate agents have been praised for their friendly customer service after winning a property award.
Duncan Yeardley won the British Property Award for Bracknell after mystery shoppers inspected their service this year.
Nick Thring, director of Duncan Yeardley said: “This is a fantastic achievement for our company. As a local, independent business we pride ourselves in delivering the very best customer service and we are often complimented on our friendly and professional approach.
"We have a hugely experienced team who all have an excellent knowledge of the area and the local market, so I am delighted that our efforts have been recognised."
The awards compare the service of estate agents across the UK and recognise excellent customer service.
Robert McLean from The British property Awards said: “The awards provide agents throughout the UK an invaluable opportunity to compare the service that they provide against the service provided by their local and also regional and national competition.
"Agents who go that extra mile and have outstanding customer service are rewarded with our accolade, which acts as a beacon to highlight these attributes to their local marketplace.”
All estate agents are judged against 25 different criteria in deciding the winners of the awards.
